Housing Navigator

Housing Navigator Massachusetts, Inc. is a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit. It is a free online tool that makes it simple to search for affordable rentals statewide. Working with owners and public sector partners, they’ve built a database of income-restricted rentals from all over the state. Click here for Affordable Rentals in Massachusetts.

The SHA administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and is a part of the Centralized Waiting List; see www.gosection8.com/MassCWL

Section 8 housing project-based choice voucher program

The SHA administers Section 8 Project-based Voucher Programs of 125 vouchers at Pequot Highlands and 9 vouchers in conjunction with North Shore ARC.
