Agenda Items: Theresa Santalucia, Esq. will be giving a presentation on general nonprofit corporate compliance and governance and then answering questions of board members.
Discussion: Administrative Services Agreement
Election of Officers and any other unforeseen business that may lawfully come before the board of directors.
Note: Three or more Salem Housing Authority Board Members will be in attendance.
