Resident Services Coordinator

The Salem Housing Authority and the Beverly Housing Authority are seeking a highly motivated human services professional to provide information, referrals, education workshops, group services and individual case management to residents of both housing authorities.

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating resources/services to residents so that they can access community-based assistance, assure compliance with their leases and to support well-being/quality of life for residents.

The hours of the position are flexible and will be jointly negotiated between Salem and Beverly Housing Authorities. College level training in social work, counseling or other related human services fields is required along with basic computer skills and ability to travel between two Cities. This is a part-time (18 hours week) grant funded position. The salary range is $35,000. Bi-lingual applicants are preferred.
